1. Product Use:

Our skincare products are for external use only.

Always perform a patch test before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist.

2. Accuracy of Information:

All product descriptions, images, and information provided are for general informational purposes. Results may vary depending on individual skin types and conditions.

3. Liability:

The company is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by improper use of the product.

4. Order Processing:

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

5. Pricing:

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property:

All product names, descriptions, images, and branding are the property of the company and cannot be used without prior written consent.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Eligibility for Returns:

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items:

Products that have been used, damaged, or opened.

Promotional or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, contact us at supremeluxbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, ship the product back to us at the provided address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned product.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging for a replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
